  • Move your hand — the arm follows in 3D
  • Pinch to grab, tilt your palm to rotate the wrist
  • Fist to freeze the arm, open to resume

Tip: keep your whole hand in frame while calibrating, and keep pinched fingers visible to the camera — the grip can drop if they're hidden from its view.
